Agents Assemble 2026 — CardioTriage MCP submission technical timing issue (project draft public, work complete)
Hello Devpost Support and Prompt Opinion team,
I am writing regarding my Agents Assemble 2026 submission, CardioTriage MCP — Phenotype-aware Cardiovascular Triage. I completed all hackathon deliverables within the submission window, but encountered a timing issue while filling the final field of the Devpost submission form (Published URL from Prompt Opinion Marketplace), which prevented me from clicking the final Submit button before the 23:00 ET deadline. I am posting here because the project sponsor contact is the generic Prompt Opinion email rather than a hackathon-specific support address.
UPDATE (after the deadline, while waiting for moderator response): I have now also completed the publisher profile and PUBLISHED the MCP server to the public Prompt Opinion Marketplace. The previous "workspace-only" limitation is resolved.
The project remains visible publicly on Devpost as a 3-of-5 draft at this URL:
https://devpost.com/software/cardiotriage-mcp-phenotype-aware-cardiovascular-triage
What is now complete, public, and verifiable:
- Prompt Opinion Marketplace MCP Server listing: PUBLISHED (status visible in Marketplace MCP Servers panel)
- Live MCP server endpoint on Modal: https://claudiomedina17--mcp.modal.run/health (200 OK, six tools exposed, Streamable HTTP)
- MCP endpoint URL: https://claudiomedina17--mcp.modal.run/mcp
- Public GitHub source code (MIT licensed): https://github.com/claudiomedina17/cardiotriage-mcp
- Public Demo video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/AA-xYFDPw9g
- Six MCP tools functional and advertised in the marketplace listing (list_synthetic_cases, get_fhir_case_bundle, analyze_missing_critical_data, summarize_cardiovascular_risk_signals, interpret_12_lead_ecg, generate_structured_handoff_note)
- Complete Project Story on Devpost (Inspiration, What it does, How I built it, Challenges, Accomplishments, What I learned, What's next, AI Factor, Potential Impact, Feasibility)
- FHIR R5 compliance, Pydantic-validated I/O, synthetic data only (no PHI)
- Bilingual SBAR handoff (Spanish, English, Portuguese)
- All disclaimers ("NOT for clinical use") in place at six surfaces (server response, README, video opening, video closing, Devpost description, marketplace listing)
I understand the Rules state "no exceptions" to the deadline and I respect that. I am writing only to ask whether the technical evidence above — combined with the now-public marketplace listing and the publicly visible draft project page — could be considered for inclusion in judging. The only administrative step missing at deadline time was pasting the workspace URL into the Marketplace field on the Devpost form and clicking Submit; all underlying technical and product deliverables were complete and are now also publicly listed.
If late inclusion is not possible, I fully accept that decision and would be grateful for the opportunity to keep the project public on Devpost and on the Prompt Opinion Marketplace as portfolio evidence of the work.
Thank you for your time and for organizing this hackathon. The MCP platform, the Marketplace publishing flow, and the Prompt Opinion BYO Agent integration were excellent to work with.
Best regards,

EDIT (post-publish update): I have also successfully published the agent to the Marketplace via A2A. The CardioTriage offering is now dual-listed:
- MCP Server: https://app.promptopinion.ai/marketplace/mcp/019e013b-3d6c-7eb5-9c5e-b907db87a8df
- A2A Agent: https://app.promptopinion.ai/marketplace/agent/019e1a49-f4ef-7da2-b448-5dcc6d49606f
- Source code: https://github.com/claudiomedina17/cardiotriage-mcp
- Video demo: https://youtu.be/AA-xYFDPw9g
All Stage One Pass/Fail criteria from the Rules are now satisfied at the technical/product level (Marketplace Verified, Protocol Adherence, Platform Integration, Safety Compliance). The only administrative gap is the Devpost submission Submit button click, which fell outside the deadline window due to the technical timing issue described above.

UPDATE (after submission window extension): Thank you so much for extending the deadline. I was able to complete the final administrative step (pasting the Marketplace URL + clicking Submit). The project is now formally submitted with all four Stage One criteria satisfied:
✅ Marketplace Verified — dual listing public (MCP Server + A2A Agent both Published in Prompt Opinion Marketplace)
✅ Protocol Adherence — Path A: MCP Server (explicit submission type)
✅ Platform Integration — live endpoint, discoverable and invokable, six-tool agent trace demonstrated in the video
✅ Safety Compliance — synthetic / de-identified data only, no PHI, six disclaimer surfaces, "NOT for clinical use"
The deadline extension allowed me to compete on the merits of the technical work. Whatever the judging outcome, I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity and for the quality of the Prompt Opinion platform. Looking forward to the review.
