using ngrok and making your pc always on

since earlier I have used ngrok but now i change that to render.yaml becuase for others to access that will be okay
but i was unaware about publish earlier i have now update that thing but still I could not update the zip file
And i have added two videos one on demo and other on how to setup for a random user
so will you consider that for evaluation or just see the video and github code
Although i have mentioned everything in github on how to setup and also added on how to add in workspace and also to setup and key also
but what about those who have used ngrok
Will they always open there laptop and never make them sleep
but still i have issue that i am using render free
it can turn to sleep and to wait about 60sec for it work or i just add a pinger to it.
advise me over it
