How were Top 28 projects selected without reviewing all submissions?
We noticed that our submitted YouTube demo video does not appear to have been viewed at all, yet the Top 28 projects have already been announced. Since the video demonstration is a required and important part of the submission, this raises a serious question: how were projects evaluated and shortlisted if some submissions were seemingly not even reviewed?
If all projects were not fully reviewed before selecting the Top 28, it feels unfair to participants who spent significant time building and preparing complete submissions. Could the organizers please clarify how the evaluation process was conducted and whether every submission, including demo videos, was actually reviewed?

Hey, thank you so much for participating. We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and care that every team put into their projects.
I want to assure you that every submission was reviewed. Due to the exceptionally large number of spam/unqualified entries we received, our internal team conducted an initial review of each entry. The initial valid filtered list of entries was shared with the judges while we continued the technical validation in parallel. The top 28 entries are based on the scores assigned by judges AND the technical validation.
YouTube analytics may not accurately reflect views due to privacy settings, embedded playback, delays, or other tracking limitations. Also, if you made any updates to your submission AFTER the submission deadline, those changes are not shared with the judges. Apparently, Devpost allows you to continue updating your submission after the deadline. While those changes update the gallery, they don't affect the submission shared with the judges.
That said, we understand your concern. Please share your project details with us, and we’ll be happy to check with the review team to see if they can provide any additional feedback. Please note that we can't commit to providing individual feedback to all 300+ entries, but we will try our best.
Thank you again for being part of the hackathon and for raising this respectfully.

Hi Pawan, thank you for the response.
Here are our project details:
Project Name: ParkinTrack AI
Demo Video: https://youtu.be/UJZOZmOaExs?si=otbkKHSOz_cNmSmR
Prompt Opinion Link: https://app.promptopinion.ai/marketplace/mcp/019e191d-fe0b-7d31-b415-9988fc0dd3ef
GitHub Repository: https://github.com/aman070902/ParkinTrack-AI
Also, just to clarify, we completed all submission requirements and submitted everything before the deadline (a day before). We did not make any changes after the deadline and did not modify the submission afterward.
Thank you again for taking the time to look into it.

Hello Aman - I checked your project. This looks like an amazing initiative that your team is working on.
However, the very first requirement of the hackathon was to demonstrate the project's integration with the Prompt Opinion Platform. There was nothing in the video that shows that. Please take a look at some of the entries that made the top 28, and how they showcased that. We strongly believe that AI developers' adoption of standards is key to building a scalable, multi-agent healthcare solution that can be seamlessly embedded into clinical workflows. It seems that you have already taken the first step towards that by implementing MCP. Unfortunately, we had no way to view or validate that, as that was not shown in the video.
As I outlined in the message, we look forward to continuing to work with innovative AI solution developers beyond the hackathon. If you can show the integration with Po, we would love to discuss how we can work together.
Thank you again for your participation, and wish you all the best!
best,
Pawan
